I'm Renato — and I'm not a coach who just reads programming textbooks. I've lived this — built my own physique from the ground up, trained for bodybuilding, and consistently pushed myself to compete and improve. What I teach, I do.
Bodybuilding is my foundation. Years of training for aesthetics, conditioning, and stage-ready physique development taught me what actually moves the needle — and what's just noise.
